By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. I will be working under the assumption you have read them.

Payment

Payment is taken upfront, and is non refundable after sketch has been started and progress has been shown. Give me up to 2 months to complete your commission (from date of accepting payment). If I have not delivered by then, you will be refunded 100%.

I reserve the right to turn down any commission. I reserve the right to post the finished commission and use as advertising. Use of AI in relation to my art is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: feeding images I have created into an AI model, "enhancing" my art using generative AI, or other such related scenarios. My art is not to be used for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens)
